- Home health or rehab experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes.
- Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, safety, and daily living skills.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home modifications.
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary care team.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Current license, or eligibility for licensure, to practice occupational therapy issued by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
