Job Summary: Responsible for visit review, billing, payment posting and payroll functions.

Essential Functions:
1. Assist with employee recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
3. Administer coordinate employee benefits and leave programs.
4. Monitors and communicates with employees about their expiring renewables.
5. Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
7. Assist with employee relations issues and disciplinary processes.
8. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
9. Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs.
10. Reconciles all benefit invoices monthly.
11. Communicate and work with other departments to maintain good customer services.
12. May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
Licenses/Registrations: Degree in Human Resources, may accept 5+ years of relevant experience with current nationally recognized HR certification.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment, and address issues that may arise.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, vendors, and the public.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource functions and procedures.
    • Employee benefit laws and regulations
      • COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA, ADA, and FAMLI
  • Knowledge of business office procedures.
  • Ability to keep information or forms confidential.
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Payroll/HR system, electronic medical records systems (such as Kantime)
  • Strong customer/client focus.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with employees.
  • Time management skills.
  • Must be well-organized and detail oriented.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm. This position may occasionally require work to be completed outside of normal hours due to business operational needs.

Computer based word processing.  Office equipment used such as copiers, printers and fax machines.
